All content uploaded to Noveiele is the responsibility of the uploader. We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. Users may not upload copyrighted material without permission.

4. Gem Purchases

Gems are a virtual currency used within Noveiele. All gem purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust gem prices and packages.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in harassment, spam, uploading malicious content, attempting to bypass paywalls, or any activity that disrupts the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noveiele is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
